Letting go and moving on
A workshop to support people who have decided to cut ties with family members or are still struggling with a difficult family relationship.
The workshop is a chance for people to reflect on their experience in a safe and supportive environment. Participants will have an opportunity to think about their family relationships, including impact, choices made and future options.
The aim is to share and come to terms and work towards new understandings of long-term relationships.
