Inner calm, through gentle body work and meditation
It seems to be getting harder to stay calm and stress free in a frantic world. Work, social and family life demand more and more of us. No wonder that we struggle to take time for ourself; e.g. decluttering our mind and body.
Our mind and body health will suffer, and we loose energy and vitality through neglecting our self-care.
It becomes increasingly important to nurture ourself with self-compassion, kindness, gentle exercise to detox and meditation to focus our mind on what is really important to us.
This workshop will offer you time to reflect on yourself and who you are, as well as to find inner calm and peacefulness through gentle body-work, yoga, breathing exercise and meditation.
I am a person-centred counsellor, gestalt & body-mind therapist working with/without expressive arts. I work therapeutically and educational for 30 years with individuals, couples and groups in Europe & UK. I am an approved member of the BACP. I teach a wide variety of breathing, body work, healing and meditation techniques, such as Kundalini Yoga.
