Group walk and talk - anxiety and depression
Walk and talk group support is a two-hour guided, gentle walk in a natural setting with a qualified outdoor leader and counsellor.
The aim of these events is to connect local people who suffer from a range of mental health issues so they can support each other and share experiences and feelings in a safe, respectful group.
This is not group counselling, however, a counsellor will be leading the event and will be accessible to any member who would like to explore counselling or who may need additional support on the day.
All walking routes are risk assessed prior to the event and are natural spaces that are near towns and villages for safety and accessibility.
All participants will be required to complete a booking form before the event so any medical issues can be discussed.
Bookings forms can be requested via email at email@example.com.
Please feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.

All events are risk assessed prior to the event and are designed to be gentle so they can be accessible to as many people as possible.
