Improve your self-awareness and self-esteem through exploring your thoughts, feelings and issues as part of a small group.
12 sessions spread between the end of January 2019 - early May 2019, with a short break in-between.
As a qualified counsellor working daily with anxiety, self-esteem, depression, stress and a myriad of other problems that some of us experience as part of our every day living, I am offering you a space to explore what may be happening for you now. Purposefully limiting the group to a small number, to ensure I am able to the support your journey.
