About me
I offer an open-minded, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that may impact your daily life.
If you are struggling to get through the day because you're feeling anxious or experiencing a sense of flatness and depression, even if you don't know why, or if you're using coping strategies that aren't healthy or helpful, then perhaps I could help and support you. We can work together to find answers.
I see adults, couples, and young people at my home-based practice in West Sussex. I offer face-to-face sessions and work via Zoom, FaceTime, and phone, which still enables me to provide a high level of therapeutic support.
I understand that taking the first step towards seeing a therapist can be daunting, especially if you're already feeling anxious or struggling. That's why I offer a free 30-minute consultation in a quiet, confidential space to explore and discuss your personal issues.
As an experienced Psychotherapist and Counsellor working with a wide range of clients and diverse issues, I tailor therapy to suit your needs, whether short-term, medium-term, or long-term. If you're experiencing difficulties overcoming anxiety and depression, suffering from poor self-esteem, in the midst of pre- or post-divorce, affected by bullying, trauma, or abuse of any kind, seeking to improve relationships, understand your eating patterns, or looking for support with recovery from CFS/M.E., a brain injury, or dependencies on drugs, alcohol, sex, or porn, please get in touch.
Why choose me?
I understand that we are only human, and although our bodies and minds want to function properly, the balance can quickly and easily go awry. I am a compassionate and empathetic Psychotherapist and Counsellor who will work with you to explore and understand why you've reached this point.
I will provide a confidential, safe space for you to explore and find meaning in your thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and behaviours.
I will guide you through your therapeutic journey, enabling you to make informed decisions and discover more effective ways to communicate. This process will help you make sense of your life and achieve the changes you seek.
One of my beliefs is that we all hold the key to the gateway of our mind, although sometimes we need help in today's busy world. If you're struggling and seeking help and guidance to gain clarity and explore the possibility of change, let's work together to determine the best approach for you.
Sometimes, we all need a little help... we just don’t always know where to find it.
