Psychotherapy is a word that derives from ancient Greek and means 'liberating the soul'. Group psychotherapy is an opportunity to explore, heal and grow together, within a safe and confidential therapeutic context. It is an opportunity to know yourself better and learn more about your patterns of relating, first developed in our families of origin and early peer groups. As such, the group becomes a laboratory, where one can safely practice being together and hopefully expand our capacity to feel, communicate, hear the 'other' and be vulnerable, in a way that makes us more real, more connected, authentic, and free.

This therapy group is limited to six participants, and people may enter the group after an initial free consultation with the therapist.

The therapy group sessions are held by transpersonal and integrative psychotherapist Simona De Gregorio.

For more information and for booking a consultation, please call Simona on 07968 408 813.
