In this workshop we can start to feel into the root cause of human addictions and uncover our true nature, shedding light on our needs as human beings and how those needs can be met. We look at feelings of connection in our life, where we feel it and where we don’t. What this means to us and how it impacts our behavioural patterns.

In a safe and supported environment, encouraged by the horses and guided by the drum, together we can walk into our pain and heal the timelines of the past.

No experience necessary, please dress comfortably in warm clothing and bring outdoor clothing (wellingtons, waterproofs) for joining the horses outside.

This workshop is open to anyone seeking personal growth, those working towards professional development will be eligible to claim CPD hours as we are co-facilitated by an accredited practitioner of the BACP.

Cost: £120 includes snacks and drinks throughout the day.

There are only 10 places available for this workshop. To secure your place, please email juliahall@cloudscounselling.co.uk
