Building mental strength during the pandemic
I am offering free support sessions via Zoom every two weeks to address the difficult and unusual feelings you may be experiencing at this uncertain time.
The first one is taking place on 14/5/20 at 7.30pm until 8.15pm.
I will lead the session but it will be interactive with tips, suggestions, exploration and support where I deem necessary.
