Bereavement support group

When you are going through grief and loss, it is sometimes difficult to reach out to family and friends. This group gives you the opportunity to gain support from others going through similar experiences. It is a non-judgemental space and a time for you.

The group will be guided by the needs of the members. It may be that you want practical advice, a chance to talk about your loved ones, tips on dealing with anger, lack of confidence or the opportunity to find new friends.

The maximum size of the group will be eight people so everyone has the chance to talk if they want to.

The group runs for two hours with a coffee/tea break for 15 minutes.

The group will run weekly for 10 weeks on a Tuesday afternoon.
