If you are finding it difficult since the loss of your loved one, and you want a safe place to talk freely and gain empathetic support from others with similar experiences, this group could be just what you are looking for.

The group will run fortnightly for 10 weeks and there is no charge for attendance. The maximum number for the group will be eight. There are places still available.

I have a particular interest in grief and loss and the impact that this has on people. I am working towards a certificate in group facilitation. The group will be guided by Gestalt theory and approaches so every member is extremely important and will be seen to be contributing even if not speaking. I will be guided by the groups needs.
