Autumnal mindful walk
Join us for a walk like never before - slow, gentle, and beautiful.
Whether you are interested in getting a first taste of mindfulness or finding an opportunity to maintain your regular practice with like-minded people in the community, this event will help you to reconnect with yourself and the natural world through paying attention to all of your senses, as well as helping you to notice your own thoughts, emotions, and sensations in your body in relation to this experience.
Ticket price - £8.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Can I bring my dog to this event?
Though I don't mind if well behaved and controlled dogs come to a walk, other participants may mind so I would ask that you contact me if you are hoping to bring a dog so I can check with other participants before the event and put people first.
