This workshop aims to help you identify attachment styles and personality traits. 

This knowledge, will help you to understand the differences in emotional behaviour apart from the characteristics and the interaction of the personality traits.

This then helps us to understand how our clients think about significant others and how representations of others influence ways of being in the world.

Herne Bay Counsellor Training along with facilitator Annetta Bowden. Annetta Bowden has worked in various settings over the years and is currently working in private practice. She is a senior accredited psychotherapist, counsellor, supervisor and trainer. She comes from an integrative model with experience of long and short term work.
