Advance skills in growing your private practice
This one-day workshop carries on from our Setting up in Private Practice: Creating a Successful Private Practice CPD course but is open to anyone who is looking to learn skills to build a bigger private practice.
In the seven years since I went full time with my private practice, I have been able to maintain a steady practice with an average of between 17 and 20 clients a week even during Covid-19 times. This one-day workshop is designed to help you learn how you can grow your practice and maintain it at a similar level to this without spending huge amounts of money on advertising.
It takes the basic themes, concepts and ideas discussed on the Setting up in Private Practice: Creating a Successful Private Practice"CPD course to a deeper level with a particular focus on:
- advance skills with advertising at minimal cost to yourself
- promoting yourself through social media
- discovering your niche
- moving from part time to full-time therapeutic work
- going beyond client work
- keeping your own accounts
- and most importantly... what you might be doing to hold yourself back
We welcome all trainee and fully qualified counsellors and psychotherapists, no matter what your experience levels or qualifications. If you are interested in learning how to grow a larger private practice then this course is for you!
