Adult education - don't be afraid of the dark: a closer look at feelings
23rd May 2019, 10.00am - 5.00pm
Open to all
The Berne Institute, 29 Derby Road, Kegworth, DE74 2EN
Are there some feelings that you avoid or find only negative? Some that you like? We will explore ways we can embrace and integrate these. We will take a look at racket feelings and some concepts from Winnicott and Bowlby.
This new group focusses on personal development and the application of TA to everyday life and the wider community. Members will have the opportunity to reflect on and analyse their personal and/or professional lives, their relationships, their life script and how TA gives us theories to help understand who we really are.
The group is for anyone who has already completed a two-day TA101 training and would like to continue relating TA to everyday life.
Hosted by The Berne Institute Counselling & Psychotherapy Practice
It will be led by Debbie Jelpke PTSTA(P), and Annette Terry PTSTA(P).
