About me

Many people come to therapy with a sense that something isn’t quite working in their life. This might show up in relationships, in a recurring pattern, or as a quieter feeling of disconnection from yourself. You may not have a clear problem to name, but you can feel that something needs to change.

I offer online psychotherapy for adults across the UK. Sessions take place via Zoom, allowing you to access therapy from wherever you are.

My approach is psychodynamic, which means we look beyond immediate symptoms to understand the deeper patterns shaping your experiences. Together, we explore how your past and present connect—particularly where you may feel stuck, conflicted, or repeating something that no longer serves you.

Clients often come to me when they feel:

  • stuck in life or unable to move forward
  • caught in repeating relationship patterns
  • disconnected from themselves or others
  • unsure about their identity, direction, or purpose
  • a sense that life could feel different, but not knowing how

You don’t need to arrive with a clear goal. Therapy can begin with a feeling, a question, or simply a sense that something isn’t quite right.

Our work together offers a reflective and consistent space where we can think about your experience in more depth. This often involves slowing things down and paying attention to what is happening beneath the surface—emotionally, relationally, and internally.

Rather than focusing on quick solutions, therapy is a process of developing insight, emotional understanding, and a more grounded sense of yourself. Over time, this can lead to meaningful and lasting change.

Some clients come for a shorter period, but many choose to work longer-term. This allows us to explore patterns more fully and create space for deeper, more sustainable shifts.

I have over 10 years of experience in private practice and NHS settings, working with adults from a range of backgrounds. I have a particular interest in identity, belonging, and cross-cultural experiences, and how these shape the way we relate to ourselves and others.

I work exclusively online and welcome clients from across the UK and abroad.

Is this therapy right for you?

This approach may suit you if you are looking for something deeper than short-term solutions. You might feel that you have tried to understand things on your own, but certain patterns, feelings, or questions keep returning. You may be curious about yourself, open to reflection, and willing to take the time to explore what sits beneath the surface of your experiences. Psychodynamic therapy is a gradual process, and it can sometimes feel uncertain or challenging—but it can also lead to a more meaningful and lasting sense of change. If you are looking for a space to think, feel, and understand yourself more deeply, this way of working may be a good fit.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
