About us
With You in Mind provides accessible and affordable counselling for Young People (11+), Adults, and Families facing mild to moderate mental health concerns.
Our team of qualified counsellors and trainee counsellors work collaboratively to ensure you receive the right support at a manageable cost.
On receiving your enquiry we carry out an initial assessment following which, we match you with a suitable counsellor who can best address your needs.

Training, qualifications & experience
We understand that every persons needs are unique. That's why our team of counsellors offers a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Person-Centred Counselling, Play Therapy, Art Therapy, and Relationship Counselling. This allows us to match you with a therapist who aligns with your individual needs and preferences.

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Additional information
Our assessments are charged at £35 per session and run for 50 minutes.
All further counselling sessions are charged at £30, 50 minute sessions.

With You in Mind offers individual counselling to young people (11-29) and Adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
Family Counselling
With You in Mind offers a space for your family to work through any challenges it is facing , focusing on building and maintaining healthy relationships.
Relationship Counselling
With You in Mind provides relationship counselling. We provide a space to explore your relationships and help you to build and maintain a healthy family unit.
