Our qualified counsellors have extensive experience working with young people (11+), adults, and families facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and trauma.
Our trainee counsellors are undergoing rigorous training and are supervised by experienced professionals, ensuring ethical and effective practice. They bring fresh perspectives and a deep commitment to providing compassionate support.
We utilise a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Person-Centred Therapy and Creative Art Therapy, allowing us to tailor our approach to each individual's unique needs. Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.
The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.
They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.
Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Additional information
Initial Assessment Session: £35 (50 minutes). This fee includes the administration time required for processing referrals.
Subsequent Counselling Sessions: £30 per 50-minute session.

All counselling sessions are conducted with strict adherence to professional ethical guidelines and confidentiality policies. We offer both in-person and online counselling sessions, allowing you to choose the format that best suits your needs. To maintain affordability, we work with both qualified and supervised trainee counsellors.
