With You in Mind Counselling
With You in Mind offers affordable counselling to young people and families supporting them with mild to moderate mental health concerns.
This service is run by Dr Jessica Coombes, Counselling Psychologist, to provide children, young people and families the opportunity to access a safe therapeutic space to talk through any challenges they are facing and work towards personalised goals, as set out during the therapy assessment.
Jessica is supported by a team of counsellors who offer affordable counselling including CBT, Play therapy, Art therapy and Family therapy. Our team is built based on the premise that all our clients have different needs and therefore will want different therapies. This means that the counsellors at With You in Mind have varied training backgrounds. Our team is also supported by counsellors in specialist training, such as art and drama therapy.
With You in Mind provide Individual Counselling, Family Counselling, Relationship Counselling and Parenting Support Sessions. Please see our website or contact us for more information.
