I blend various therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psychodynamic, and Person-Centred methods. This allows me to create personalised and effective strategy for your specific needs.

I am a fully qualified counsellor andI have over a decade of dedicated service in mental health. Having worked with the NHS, various charities and in private practice, I bring a wealth of knowledge and a compassionate approach to help you navigate life’s challenges.
