About me
At times, life has a habit of getting a little 'on top of' us all and it's at these times when working and talking it through, with a supportive professional in a private and non-judgemental space is key to developing the resilience and skills to bring your life back into balance again. Myself and my team of qualified counsellors offer a collective of 50 years+ of combined therapeutic experience integrative counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP and EMDR. We are neurodiversity training and have specialist training in counselling and coaching for ADHD and ASD for adults and young people. Some of the areas we support are anxiety, panic, low mood and depression, fears, phobia's, loss, bereavement, stress and anger, executive functioning compromise and emotional dysregulation. We also offer a free 15 minute introductory telephone call to answer any initial questions you might have. Our main counselling room is in Reading town centre with other premises in Burghfield, Basingstoke, Thatcham, Earley and Henley.

Hours run from 8am to 9pm throughout the 7 day week for our team of counsellors. My hours are Mon to Thurs 8am - 5pm (last appointment), Friday 8am - 2pm.

Our premises' are quiet and comfortable, providing all the space you need to talk, share and make sense of the areas of life that are challenging you. We have offices in Burghfield, Reading, Wokingham, Earley, Basingstoke, Henley and Theale.
The team at Changes 4 Life offer a vast range of experience across the therapeutic disciplines and share similar values of integrity, compassion and willingness to support.
We offer a low cost counselling option for those struggling with the cost of living crisis also and also provide student placements for those counsellors in training.
We are also proud to hold the status of Organisational Membership with the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Association which assures all our clients of professionalism and excellence in ethical practice.
