About me
Hello, I’m Vanessa—a counsellor and Neurodivergent Coach for ADHD and AuDHD, Counsellor and Therapist with over 23 years’ experience supporting both adults and young people, including those from the neurodivergent community. I am offer a warm, confidential, and non-judgemental space where you can safely explore your experiences and challenges. My practice is grounded in empathy and understanding, and I strive to make my clients feel truly seen and heard.
As an NCPS-registered psychotherapist and counsellor, I provide one to one therapy, and offer clinical supervision services for counsellors and hypnotherapists. I am also qualified to deliver EMDR and am trauma informed and trained.
I am accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an ADHD, AuDHD and Life Coach, complementing my 20+ years of NLP coaching experience. I coach across individual and business settings, with clients based in the UK and abroad both in person and online.
Throughout my career, I have worked across corporate, private, and educational settings, offering support both in person and online. My approach is flexible and relational, drawing on a range of psychological theories to ensure your unique needs are at the centre of our work together. I believe in a strengths based model, building creative strategies to help you manage life’s difficulties, especially when it’s hard to put feelings into words and actions. I offer both in person and online sessions.

I provide a professional, friendly and down to earth service. My premises' are quiet and comfortable, providing all the space you need to talk, share and make sense of the areas of life that are challenging you. I have offices in Burghfield. My team of qualified counsellors and therapists also have offices in Reading, Wokingham, Earley, Thatcham, Henley and Theale.
