Supervision details
As a Level 6 Clinical Supervisor in the counselling space, my role is centred around providing expert guidance, support, and oversight to both trainee and practising counsellors who work in person, over the telephone and online.
I am responsible for promoting reflective practice, ensuring ethical standards are upheld, and promoting professional development for trainees and counsellors. My work involves regular one-to-one sessions, where I offer constructive feedback, help supervisees navigate complex client cases, and foster clinical competence. I maintain a safe, confidential environment that encourages open dialogue and self-awareness, enabling practitioners to process their experiences and enhance their therapeutic skills. Additionally, I am committed to ongoing professional learning and staying abreast of current best practices within the field. Through my role as a supervisor, my aim is to facilitate a supportive culture that prioritises client welfare, ethical integrity, and the continuous growth of counselling professionals under my supervision.
