About me

Hello, my name is Tracey.

I am a qualified person-centred therapist accredited by the NCPS(National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society). As a person-centered therapist, I believe in the power of creating a safe and supportive environment for my clients. My approach focuses on empathy, genuine understanding, and unconditional positive regard, which are essential for fostering self-discovery and healing.

I also integrate walk-and-talk therapy into my practice if the client wishes, allowing clients to engage in their therapeutic journey while enjoying the benefits of nature and physical movement. This approach can help to reduce anxiety and promote a sense of well-being. Moreover, my certificate in trauma therapy equips me to assist individuals who have experienced traumatic events.

I aim to provide a holistic and compassionate approach, ensuring that my clients feel heard and empowered as we work through their challenges together.

I have experienced trauma and loss in my life. The counselling I received was vital for my healing. This motivated me to become a counsellor so I can help others who are facing similar challenges. If you're looking for a supportive and personalised therapeutic experience, I would be glad to work with you on your journey toward healing and self-growth.
