About me

I'm Toni, an Accredited NCPS Counsellor with a First-Class Honours Degree in Integrative Counselling, specialising in neurodivergence, trauma, anxiety, addiction and recovery. With over 13 years of experience, I help clients understand what's holding them back and create practical, lasting change and insight.

My approach is humanistic and integrative — collaborative, straightforward, and focused on your goals. I draw on Gestalt, CBT, and Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), as well as psychoeducation, to help you understand patterns, build resilience, and move toward what matters most to you. As a qualified Life Coach, I also offer structured, goal-focused sessions for those wanting a more directive approach.

Clients describe me as warm, honest, and down-to-earth. Coming from a working-class background, I value authenticity and believe therapy works best when it's sincere, respectful, and practical. I’ve been in private practice for over four and a half years, offering in-person counselling and life coaching, and I remain committed to professional development to ensure my practice stays informed and effective.

I offer a free 30-minute initial session so you can decide, with no pressure, whether counselling with me feels right for you.
