About us
I am an integrative counsellor and registered member of the BACP, offering a warm, supportive and confidential space for adults seeking therapy.
Many of the clients I work with come to counselling experiencing anxiety, low mood or depression, feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling with self-esteem and relationships. I also work with neurodivergent clients, including adults with ADHD, dyslexia and other neurodivergent ways of thinking and processing. This may include difficulties with emotional regulation, overwhelm, burnout, perfectionism, procrastination, organisation, focus, or a sense of not quite fitting in.
My work is neurodiversity-affirming, meaning I do not see neurodivergence as something that needs to be fixed. Instead, therapy can offer space to better understand how your mind works, explore the impact of past experiences, and develop ways of living that feel more supportive, sustainable and authentic for you. Whether your experiences are long-standing or linked to a recent life change or diagnosis, we work at a pace that feels right.
I take an integrative approach, drawing on person-centred, psychodynamic and CBT-informed models, alongside trauma-aware practice. This allows me to adapt our work to your individual needs, rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach. I value collaboration and curiosity, and aim to create a space that feels safe, respectful and non-judgemental.
Alongside my counselling training, I have a background in the creative arts and music industry. This gives me particular insight into issues such as performance pressure, identity, self-expression, perfectionism and confidence, though you do not need to be creative or artistic to work with me.
In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate space to explore what is happening in your inner world, make sense of patterns, and develop greater self-understanding. Therapy can support you in managing anxiety, depression and neurodivergent-related challenges, improving relationships, and building emotional resilience.
I offer both short-term and open-ended counselling, and work with adults in person and online.

Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP)
Member organisations *
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
