About me

I work with adults of all ages to create bespoke sessions tailored to your own personal needs. I am empathic, person-centred and can provide a range of skillsets to support you in working through whatever it is that you would like to bring. During a session, we will identify a way forward to equip you with the support and therapeutic interventions best suited to your requirements. You are free to attend just one session or a package of sessions can be arranged.

Training, qualifications & experience

My training was primarily in person-centred counselling and psychotherapy (Level 7 postgraduate), and I am also qualified and experienced in offering blended sessions with can include CBT, EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), coaching, breathwork, NLP and meditation. I see people in person at my treatment space in the Ribble Valley, online via Zoom and Skype, and over the phone.

I have over 17 years of experience of working with people with a variety of mental and emotional wellbeing issues and needs. I am here to hold the space for you. I offer a compassionate place to offload, a kind, empathic listening ear, and I will work with you to provide whatever tailored support you may need.

Member organisations

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

BACP is one of the UK’s largest professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy. Therapists registered with the Association fall into a number of different membership categories such as Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP and Registered Member MBACP (Accred), each standing for different levels of training and experience. MBACP (Accred) and MBACP (Snr Accred) members have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by the Association.

Registered members can be found on the BACP Register, which was the first register to achieve Accredited Voluntary Register status issued by the Professional Standards Authority. Individual Members will have completed an appropriate counselling and/or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but will not appear on the BACP Register until they've progressed to Registered Member MBACP status.

All members are bound by a Code of Ethics & Practice and a Complaints Procedure. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
