About me
Hi, I am a qualified and experienced Trauma-Informed Psychotherapist and Counsellor who will give you an empathic, non-judgemental, safe space to help you work through and explore your life experiences and emotions, enabling you to have a more fulfilling balanced life.
I will adapt your therapy to your needs, as everybody's life and experiences are different and personally unique to them.
As a psychotherapist and counsellor, I have gained years of experience working with clients who have had Traumatic experiences and this has impacted them with Anxiety, Depression as well as PTSD , Complex PTSD and other mental and physical health conditions.
As well as working in private practice I freelance for a charity that works with helping survivors of sexual assault, rape, childhood abuse and domestic abuse.
I also have experience counselling clients who have been referred by their doctor in a GP Practice.
I offer a free fifteen minute introductory zoom call for you and I to have a discussion and feel of whether we can work together as the therapeutic relationship is important.
