About me
I am a Psychotherapeutic therapist and Counsellor who will give you an empathic, non-judgemental, safe space to help you work through and explore your life experiences and emotions, enabling you to have a more fulfilling balanced life.
I will adapt your therapy to your needs, as everybody's life and experiences are different and personally unique to them.
As a psychotherapeutic therapist and counsellor, I have gained years of experience freelancing for a charity that helps survivors of sexual assault, childhood abuse and domestic abuse as well as working in private practice.
I also have experience counselling clients who have been referred by their doctor in a GP Practice.
