psychosexual and relationship therapy for individuals and couples - Love, sex and personal relationships are the places where we store our hopes, our anxieties and our vulnerabilities. When our connection with ourselves and others sexually is going well it can feel transformative, but when it isn’t it can be extremely distressing. I offer a non-judgemental integrative approach to therapy to work best with your circumstance, whatever they are, whether single, in a couple or open/polyamorous relationships. Common relationship problems include not being good friends, lack of kindness, rows and circular conflict, parenting problems, different values and ideas. Psychosexual therapy focuses on erection issues, loss of desire, anxiety, painful sex, shame about sexual self, porn use or kinks, vaginismus, orgasm issues.
This can all change.
Focusing on your goals and using a collaborative approach we will identify what your blocks are to a happy and satisfying partnership and sex life. Through set agreed tasks outside of therapy, and the safe space of the therapy room we can explore your past, make changes in the here and now, and get you to the future you desire.
Knowing and connecting with ourselves and others is complex to navigate. Patterns of behaviour and thoughts can all feel at times overwhelming. With a Level 7 MSc in Contemporary Psychosexual Therapy and a certificate in Relationship Counselling alongside an easy, warm persona I can help guide clients to a happier and more fulfilling place.
