About me

Sometimes laughter, sometimes tears, and a lot in between.

Weekly or fortnightly counselling sessions (in-person, online or both)
£65 for 60 minutes, stop when you feel ready.

Life can feel messy. Sometimes you know exactly what's wrong. Sometimes you just know that something isn't working anymore.

You might be struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, grief, ADHD, autism, trauma, low self-esteem, or a major life change. Or perhaps you're feeling stuck and can't quite explain why.

Whatever brings you here, we start there.

As a psychotherapeutic counsellor, I work with you, not above you. Therapy isn't about me having the answers or telling you what to do. It's about making sense of things together.

I won't sit there silently while you do all the work. I'll be curious, ask questions, notice patterns, and help you untangle what's going on. Sometimes we'll talk about difficult things. Sometimes we'll laugh. Often it's both. What you can expect, is gentle challenge from me, when it's needed.

People commonly come to counselling with:

Anxiety
ADHD & Autism
Depression
Relationship Struggles
Family Issues
Identity & Self-Esteem
Intimacy Problems
Life Transitions
Trauma
Stress & Burnout
Grief & Loss

You don't need to have the right words. You don't need a polished explanation of why you're struggling. You don't need to convince me that things are difficult enough to deserve support.

You get to show up exactly as you are.

Together, we'll explore what's happening beneath the surface, understand what's keeping you stuck, and work towards the changes you want in your life and relationships.

I offer weekly and fortnightly counselling and psychotherapy in Uckfield, East Sussex, with easy access from Lewes, Crowborough, Haywards Heath, and Tunbridge Wells. I also provide online counselling and online therapy for adults across the UK.

Sessions take place at Bird in Eye Farm, a quiet and private setting where you can step away from the demands of everyday life and focus on yourself for an hour.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a background in psychological sciences (MSc) and integrative counselling, which means I draw from different approaches depending on what’s helpful for you. My main modality is Transactional Analysis (TA), a type of psychotherapy which helps us to understand ourselves and the way we communicate with others.

A big part of my work focuses on understanding how past experiences shape how we think, feel, and relate to others now—especially in relationships and stressful moments.

Together, we’ll untangle the “why” behind your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours so you can move forward with clarity and confidence. Sessions take place in my private therapy suite at Bird in Eye Farm, Uckfield, a calm, confidential space designed to help you slow down and feel at ease

Qualifications include:

  • MSc Psychological Sciences
  • Level 6 Diploma in Integrative Counselling (Transactional Analysis)
  • Advanced Diploma (Level 7) in Psychotherapy (currently in training)
  • Bsc (Hons) Biology

Professional Memberships & Accreditation:

  • NCPS Accredited Professional Registrant (National Counselling & Psychotherapy Society)
  • Member of UKATA (UK Association for Transactional Analysis)

I am in Regular clinical supervision, have my own therapist and am committed to ongoing CPD.  I am fully insured and committed to ethical, professional practice.
