About me
Hello.
I provide a friendly, confidential service in a comfortable setting for people struggling with day to day life; this could be due to anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, stress, anger, bereavement, loss, changes in circumstances, trauma or other possible reasons.
My areas of specialism include diversity issues, such as coming to terms with a disability, coping with prejudice/discrimination, sexual orientation and/or gender identity, whether struggling with your own identity or that of a loved one, friend or colleague.
