About me
Hello.
I provide a friendly, confidential service in a comfortable setting for people struggling with day to day life; this could be due to anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, stress, bereavement, loss, changes in circumstances or other possible reasons.
My experience in working and supporting people through personal difficulties, community development and/or the criminal justice system has proven beneficial in providing counselling and hypnotherapy to clients.
My areas of specialism include diversity issues, such as coming to terms with a disability, coping with prejudice/discrimination, sexual orientation and/or gender identity, whether struggling with your own identity or that of a loved one, friend or colleague.
