About me
Hello.
I provide a friendly, confidential service in a comfortable setting.
I work with anxiety, depression, fears, phobias, stress, anger, bereavement, loss, changes in circumstances, trauma and neurodiversity such as ADHD, to name a few.
Sometimes people struggle and don't know why. Sometimes life is hard or difficult or maybe struggle with others or work.
An initial call can be arranged free of charge to discuss before you consider booking an appointment. The times/dates given for calls are negotiable.
My areas of specialism include (but not limited to) diversity issues, such as coming to terms with a disability, neurodiversity (eg ADHD), coping with prejudice/discrimination, sexual orientation and/or gender identity, whether struggling with your feelings or that of a loved one, friend or colleague.
Don't worry about the different types of therapy I offer, leave that for me to think about, we can discuss and with your permission, decide what to do from there.
Best wishes
Steve
