I support you to understand what’s been holding you back and build the self-trust to move towards a life that feels more aligned and truly your own.

You might feel stuck in patterns you can see but can’t quite shift - like people-pleasing, anxiety, or second-guessing yourself. Or you may be at a point where something in your life no longer feels right, but you’re unsure how to move forward or trust your own decisions.

How I work:

I offer both in-person sessions in West London and South West London and online sessions. Our work is collaborative, where there’s space to explore and understand your experiences, and also a shared focus on helping you move forward in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable.

I’ll be alongside you, noticing patterns, making connections, and supporting you to reflect more deeply on what’s going on for you. Over time, this helps you build a clearer understanding of yourself and feel more able to make choices that reflect who you are and what you need.

Training, qualifications & experience

My training and experience are grounded in an integrative, relational approach to therapy, which means I draw from different therapeutic models depending on your individual needs, experiences, and ways of relating.

Alongside person-centred counselling and Gestalt therapy, I am particularly influenced by Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-focused work, and nervous system-informed approaches. I work with the understanding that many experiences such as anxiety, low self-esteem, perfectionism, emotional overwhelm, relationship difficulties, and trauma responses often develop as protective adaptations rather than personal failings.

I have experience supporting adults navigating anxiety, stress, trauma, family issues, bereavement, low self-confidence, relationship challenges, life transitions, and feelings of disconnection from themselves or others. I also work with clients who are highly self-aware yet find themselves repeating emotional or relational patterns they struggle to shift alone.

My approach is warm, compassionate, and reflective. Rather than focusing only on symptom management, I aim to help clients develop a deeper understanding of themselves, strengthen self-trust, and create more sustainable emotional change.

I am committed to ongoing professional development and regular clinical supervision to support ethical, thoughtful, and informed practice. I am registered and accredited through the The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society (NCPS).

I offer online and in-person therapy sessions for adults.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are held weekly or fortnightly at a consistent time where possible. I currently offer both short-term and longer-term therapy, depending on what feels supportive and appropriate for your needs.

My fee is £50 per online session or £65 for an in person session. I also offer a limited amount of reduced fee spaces - please get in touch if this is something you'd like to discuss. 

I understand that reaching out for therapy can feel daunting, especially if you are used to managing things alone or questioning whether your struggles are “serious enough.” You are welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation to see whether working together feels like the right fit for you.

I offer a free 20-minute introductory call so you can get a feel for whether this space and the way I work feels right for you.

Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and finding someone you feel comfortable with really matters. This is a relaxed, informal space where you can ask questions, talk through what’s been going on for you, and begin to get a sense of whether we’d work well together.
