About us

We are a team of experienced counsellors, psychotherapists and psychologists offering both in-person and online therapy for individuals, couples and families.

Each practitioner brings their own professional experience and therapeutic style, but what unites us is a shared commitment to offering high-quality, ethical, and inclusive therapy.

Therapy is for anyone. You don’t need to be in crisis or have a diagnosis to benefit. Some people come to therapy because they feel stuck or overwhelmed, others want to make sense of the past or improve their relationships. Whatever your reason, you’re welcome here.

To find out more or to be matched with a therapist, please send us an email via the link below or fill out our website's enquiry form (in Our Therapists page).

If you are a therapist wanting to join our team, please send us an email.

Training, qualifications & experience

Our therapists come from a range of training backgrounds and bring diverse experience and areas of interest, offering you the opportunity to choose from a broad selection of practitioners.

All therapists are fully qualified and registered with recognised professional bodies such as UKCP, BACP, HCPC, BPC and BPS. They all adhere to the code of ethics set by their respective organisations.

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

UKCP
UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

We have verified that at least one professional at this organisation is registered with the relevant professional body.
