About me
I am a fully qualified and registered Humanistic and Integrative psychotherapist. I can draw from many different therapeutic approaches to work in ways that feel meaningful and suitable to you. I work relationally and collaboratively with you to create a space within which you can have full expression of self, process experiences and feelings safely and perhaps discover nourishing 'core' parts of you as you get to know the habits and behaviours you historically developed in order to fit in, progress, or survive.
Psychotherapy explores deep rooted difficulties and recurring problems in order to gain insight of the issues we face and our ways of relating. It provides a confidential environment where you can talk openly about things you might find difficult to discuss elsewhere and can be a powerful, healing, surprising, and life-changing experience.
Whether you are seeking psychotherapy due to specific difficulties, or, perhaps, embarking on a more general search for self-understanding or fulfilment – Please get in touch if you would like to discuss how psychotherapy might help you or to arrange a no charge/no obligation initial session to see if I would be the right fit for you.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Master's degree in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (with distinction) (Middlesex University London)
- Professional Diploma in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy (BCPC)
- Foundation Certificate in Psychotherapy and Counselling
- Registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)
- During my placement at Kinergy, Bristol, I had additional and extensive training in order to work with survivors of rape and childhood sexual abuse.
Member organisations
school Registered / Accredited
Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.
As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.
UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
