About me
MBACP registered existential psychotherapist working with adults and couples in Farringdon, Wimpole Street or the London Bridge area.
Are you struggling with anxiety, low mood, or feeling overwhelmed by the demands of everyday life?
Are you finding the same patterns repeating in your relationships, leaving you feeling stuck or disconnected?
As a couple, are you experiencing ongoing conflict, emotional distance, or difficulty communicating in ways that feel safe and constructive?
I am an experienced existential psychotherapist working with adults and couples. I offer a warm, supportive, and confidential space where you can explore what is happening for you, at your own pace. My work tends to focus on attachment, relationships, and the patterns that can develop over time - particularly those that no longer feel helpful or aligned with who you are, either individually or together.
I support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm, as well as those feeling stretched by multiple responsibilities at home or work. I also work with people living with complex or life-limiting health conditions, and those recovering from traumatic experiences.
Alongside individual therapy, I work with couples who may be feeling disconnected, caught in unhelpful cycles, or struggling to understand one another’s needs. Therapy can offer a space to slow things down, explore what is happening beneath the surface, and begin to communicate with greater clarity, compassion, and understanding.
My professional background includes trauma work, substance misuse, and supporting people affected by sexual, emotional, or domestic abuse. This experience allows me to work carefully and sensitively with complex and overlapping emotional and relational difficulties.
As an existential psychotherapist, my approach is collaborative, grounded, and practical. Together, we will explore how past experiences may be influencing present difficulties - not to remain stuck in the past, but to help you develop greater awareness, choice, and new ways of relating to yourself and others.
At the heart of my practice is the therapeutic relationship. I offer a safe, respectful, and non-judgemental space where you can feel heard and understood. Through our work together, you may begin to develop a stronger sense of yourself, greater confidence in your relationships, and ways forward that feel manageable, meaningful, and authentic.
If you’d like to explore working together, please feel free to contact me for an initial conversation.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
