About me

Hi, I’m Simone, a fully qualified counsellor and BACP-registered. I'm an integrative counsellor, combining differing talk therapies such as Person Centred and Psychodynamic both online and in person.

My practice is built on the belief that therapy should fit the client, not the other way around. I aim to give you a secure, confidential space where no subject is off-limits. Your background, diversity, identity, neurodiversity, and unique life experiences are entirely welcome here. Free of judgement and given full personal regard.

There are no taboo subjects in my practice. You can freely bring:

Complex relationships: Empathetic, supportive space to help couples or individuals navigate communication barriers, marital conflicts infidelity, or separation. Difficult family dynamics, conflicting emotions toward loved ones, or tensions with work, managers and colleagues.

Body & vice issues: self-image, substance use, or unconventional sexual thoughts and desirers. You have been sexual abused.

Dark emotions: Intense grief, dark thoughts, jealousy, or feeling completely "stuck."

Bereavement: supporting you through the complex stages of grief, helping you understand overwhelming feelings like anger, sadness, or confusion, while you explore healthy ways to cope and rebuild your life. Empty Nest when the child or children leave home. The loss of a child or unable to have a child.

Inner struggles: Intrusive thoughts, internet addictions, deep-seated guilt, financial shame, debt, or secret spending habits.

Is this how you are, or have been feeling?

Exhausted by anxiety, stress, depression, or experiencing insomnia?
Stuck in self-sabotaging habits, people-pleasing or impulsive actions?
Navigating a painful bereavement or loss, career shift, or relationship breakdown?

Let us move from inner conflict to harmony. Let us move towards a place you feel happier in your life, for you. Moving beyond self-sabotage, anxiety, and relationship tension. Safely and at your own pace.

Working Together in therapy
In our initial session, we will explore your expectations. You do not need to have it all figured out. My role is to help you by empathic understanding, safe and non-judgemental therapy space that makes your personal growth possible.

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
