About me
I work with individuals and couples from the age of 14 upwards. My practice offers both psychological and nutritional support, with a particular focus on eating disorders, body image concerns, and gender-related issues. I also specialise in relationships and complex trauma, while working more broadly with emotional distress and situations where you may feel stuck and unable to see a way forward.
I am committed to helping you understand your experiences from multiple perspectives. By drawing on neurophysiology, nutrition, and psychology, I bring together a holistic, trauma-informed approach that allows us to explore different routes towards healing and growth.
I live in Cornwall with a little Shih Tsu. I love to walk and nap.
