About me

I offer a warm, safe, inclusive and supportive space where you can talk openly and feel truly heard. My approach is compassionate, down-to-earth and non-judgemental.

I am open to working with whatever you wish to bring to counselling, and I particularly specialise in:

Support through change
I support people through times of transition - whether that’s relationship changes, becoming a parent, separation, career shifts, or other life adjustments. Change can bring uncertainty and anxiety, but it can also be a time of growth.

Grief and loss
I work with grief and loss in its many forms. Loss doesn’t only mean bereavement - it can also be the loss of a relationship, a hoped-for future, a role, or a sense of identity. However your grief shows up, we will move at your pace, with care and respect.

Cancer and life-changing diagnoses
I have extensive experience supporting people living with cancer or a life-limiting diagnosis, as well as those supporting a loved one through illness. This can be an exceptionally challenging and emotional time, and you do not have to face it alone.

Anxiety and depression
If you’re living with anxiety or depression, you might feel stuck, exhausted or disconnected from yourself and others. In our work together, we can gently explore how you are feeling, understand what lies beneath these experiences, and develop practical and emotional tools to help you move forward.

Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but it’s also a brave first step. My aim is to offer a friendly, welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself.

If you’re considering counselling, I’d be happy to hear from you and answer any questions you may have.
