About me
I am an experienced, BACP-registered psychotherapist and counsellor, offering in-person and online sessions.
Warm, grounded, and deeply attuned, I offer a safe space where you can pause, reflect, and gently explore what’s happening beneath the surface. Clients often come to me when they feel stuck - whether in their relationships, their work, or within themselves - and are seeking clarity, renewed confidence, and a deeper sense of purpose. I work collaboratively, listening closely to what you bring to our sessions and shaping my approach to match your individual needs, while keeping our therapeutic relationship at the heart of the work we do together.
Before qualifying as a psychotherapist, I spent over a decade in senior leadership roles within a corporate organisation. I understand first-hand the pressures of fast-paced environments and the toll they can take on wellbeing, relationships, and thoughtful decision-making.
My approach is psychodynamic, which simply means we look at how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape the way you feel and respond today. As your self-awareness grows and familiar themes start to make more sense, many people find they’re able to move through life with a greater sense of authenticity, balance, and fulfilment.
My practice is based in St Albans, where I offer in-person sessions in a quiet, comfortable, and confidential space within walking distance of St Albans City station. It’s a calm setting where you can arrive, settle in, and take the time you need.
I operate a second practice in Harrow, within walking distance of Harrow & Wealdstone station. This setting has a homely feel and has been newly refurbished.
I offer a free telephone consultation so we can talk about what brings you to therapy and give you a sense of how I work. If it feels like a good fit, we can arrange an initial session before committing to anything further. Sessions last 50 minutes and take place at the same time each week, offering a steady space that’s yours.
Whether you’re considering short-term or longer-term therapy, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
