Sharon Milne, DipHE Integrative Counselling
About me
Free 30 minute discovery session (online). As the Therapeutic Relationship is an integral part of therapy, I offer a free preliminary online session of 30 minutes to determine whether we feel working together would be beneficial for you. Text, call or email to book your session.
I offer a calm, accepting and non-judgemental environment, with a holistic integrative approach to therapy which comprises your physical, emotional, volitional, rational and spiritual wellbeing.
I work with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, self-esteem, anger, trauma, relationship difficulties, spiritual issues, bereavement and loss (including miscarriage and abortion).
As an integrative therapist, I combine different approaches to psychotherapy which include modalities such as Person Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, Gestalt and Transactional Analysis. This means your therapy is tailored to your needs as no two people are the same. I incorporate Mindfulness, Attachment Theory and Internal Family Systems into my work with individuals and couples.
