About me
Hi, my name is Sharon Flower, and I have been working with women for over 25 years, helping them be at the centre of their lives. Understanding their roles and patterns, so they can step into their lives knowing who they are, so they can be in the driver's seat of their life. I offer creative art psychotherapy, reiki, spiritual soul alignment and transformation, so you can realign your energy to manifest the life that you desire. I help women to release old patterns and survival behaviours and symptoms that we collect through our lives, that stop us from being at the centre of our lives and creating a life we desire.
I have a passion for wellbeing, both body, mind and soul. I believe when we understand the collective parts of ourselves, we can understand how best to support ourselves so we can feel the clarity, peace, energy and wisdom that is within us.

I am a qualified creative art psychotherapist, reiki practitioner, EMDR specialist and transformation coach, and soul alignment therapist. Play Therapist.
Member organisations
Play Therapy UK is the largest organisation governing therapeutic play and play therapy in the United Kingdom. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

I work with women in both healing and transformation. As well as transitioning through life changes. New mums, new careers, or transitioning new identities. Loss, transition and Changes can be very unsettling and confusing and this time asks us to be present and look within for our answers. If you find you are feeling confused, or exhausted or going round in the forever loop, unsure of who you are, unable to make decisions or trust yourself, then the only way out is to go in. Maybe you are struggling with an illness, and understanding your body to help you release yourself of the illness will give you clarity, helping to release you of your symptoms. Our internal systems and bodies affect our outer lives, and knowing how we can connect to make the changes we seek is so important. I work holistically with women from the inside out. Mind, body and soul.
