About me

I specialise in supporting people who are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or stuck and at a crossroads in their career, relationships, identity or searching for their purpose in life. Who may be finding it hard to make sense of where they are now, or where they’re heading.

As an integrative therapist, with a primary focus on the person-centred approach. This means I draw from a range of therapeutic methods, tailoring our work to suit your individual needs. There’s no one-size-fits-all. Together, we’ll find what works best and at a pace that feels right for you.

After many years in the design industry, I found myself questioning my sense of purpose and fulfilment. That search led me to retrain as a counsellor and coach, marking a turning point in my life. Navigating the tension between identity and responsibility became a powerful personal journey - and it’s what laid the foundation for the transitional work I now do with others.

My practice is grounded in empathy, acceptance and a belief in your ability to find your own way - with the right support.

About You

For you, these feelings can create a sense of disconnection from yourself, making it difficult to move forward or feel fulfilled. Often, they’re rooted in deeper influences — such as parental or societal expectations, the pressure to maintain a certain lifestyle, or the belief that it’s too late to change direction.

Some of the Reasons People Work With Me

  • Feeling stuck or lost in life
  • Navigating identity or purpose shifts
  • Relationship issues
  • Major life transitions (separation, new parenthood, loss)
  • Career changes or work-related stress
  • Low self-confidence or self-worth
  • Wanting to live more authentically or intentionally

Member organisations

BACP
British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP)

BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
