About me

Therapy with Compassion and Experience — Customised to Your Needs.

I work with individuals, couples, families, professionals and organisations; whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, work-related stress, relationship difficulties, or major life transitions, I’m here to help.

How I Can Help

I tailor each approach to suit your personal needs and circumstances.

My priority is to create a safe, confidential, and collaborative space where you feel heard, understood and supported — every step of the way.

Together, we can:

  • Manage overwhelming feelings
  • Process and heal from trauma
  • Strengthen relationships
  • Navigate life changes and transitions
  • Build emotional resilience and confidence

With experience across diverse settings, I offer flexible, reflective and solution-focused therapy that is both accessible and effective.

What to expect

We will work together to reflect on your experiences, understand unhelpful patterns, and move towards meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to support you in your emotional and physical well-being professionally, respectfully, and compassionately.

I work with local community services to assist families in accessing mental health support in their area. Additionally, I provide therapy through workplace wellbeing programs. As an approved provider for various insurance companies, including Bupa, I also offer support directly to individuals and couples seeking self-funded therapy.

Book an appointment today.

You can access therapy in person in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, or online/telephone across the UK. Sessions are available in multiple languages, and I offer culturally sensitive support.

Appointments are available Monday-Friday between 9.30 am-7.30 pm.

If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to listen and support you.
