About me

I use a variety of counselling styles to suit client needs at the time, and with their permission.

Time and trauma can impact the way we see ourselves. By having someone to explore our thoughts and feelings with we can begin to see ourselves with kinder eyes and find our true innate nature. I have lived experience of chronic fatigue syndrome, neurodiversity, and menopausal issues. Knowing the lack of support there can be in these and other areas, I can walk beside you to support you to find yourself.
