About me

Starting therapy can feel daunting, but finding a therapist you connect with is key. I'm here to support you in making sense of your experiences, not to tell you what to do. My aim is to create a warm, safe space where you feel comfortable exploring whatever brings you to therapy, including things that feel difficult to say out loud.

Together, we'll work to understand what's going on, build self-awareness, and develop new ways of coping with challenges. I work with individuals and couples on psychosexual difficulties, relationship breakdown, and life transitions, and hold dedicated space for clients of colour navigating racial trauma and identity. I also welcome trainee psychotherapists needing a therapist who understands the demands of training as well as the person underneath it.

I offer both short-term and long-term therapy. I've worked in Higher Education, EAPs, rehab services, and across public, private, and voluntary sectors, in one-to-one work, couples therapy, group sessions, and workshops. I currently work online, meaning I am accessible to people across the UK.

As an Integrative Psychotherapist, my core approach is Gestalt-based, focusing on the present while considering how the past shapes us. I also draw from Compassion-Focused Therapy, CBT (particularly for psychosexual issues), and relational methods, tailoring my approach to your needs.

Therapy isn't always easy, but it can be transformative. I aim to walk alongside you with empathy, honesty, and gentle challenge.

For availability and enquiries, please email me.

UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP)

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
