About me

Healing is rarely a linear journey, and sometimes, words alone aren't enough to process the challenges we carry. As a dramatherapist, I offer holistic, relational, and trauma-informed space dedicated to helping you explore, understand, and reconnect with your authentic self.

My approach is deeply rooted in the connection between the mind and body. Because trauma and chronic stress are held physically in our nervous systems. Together, we utilise creative methods and somatic processing to safely access and release embodied trauma, bridging the gap between what you feel and how you express it.

Services Offered:

  • Individual Therapy - for adults, adolescents, and children
  • In-person sessions: Located in Gravesend
  • Online sessions: Secure video therapy for clients across the UK

Reach out today to schedule an initial consultation and see how we can work together to support your mind, body, and creative self.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am an HCPC-registered Dramatherapist with 16 years experience. I specialise in working with trauma-informed approaches, therapeutic training for education, and theatre workshops for supporting mental health and wellbeing.

Registered / Accredited

Registered / Accredited

Being registered/accredited with a professional body means an individual must have achieved a substantial level of training and experience approved by their member organisation.

HCPC
Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)

The HCPC are an independent, UK-wide health regulator. They set standards of professional training, performance and conduct for 16 professions.

They keep a register of health professionals who meet their standards, and they take action if registered health professionals fall below those standards. They were created by a piece of legislation called the Health Professions Order 2001.

Registration means that a health professional meets national standards for their professional training, performance and conduct.

Further information

Our therapeutic relationship is the foundation of the work. I provide a collaborative, non-judgemental environment where you can set the pace. By blending traditional therapeutic dialogue with creative tools, such as metaphor, movement, and role-exploration, we can gently uncover deeper insights without the pressure of always needing to find the 'perfect words'.

Whether you are looking to process past trauma, navigate life transitions, or simply cultivate a deeper understanding of who you are, I am here to support you.
