About me
As a Humanistic and Integrative Movement Psychotherapist, I offer sessions which are talking based and can include somatic work and creative exploration to support and enhance your process.
Therapy is a unique experience to every person. To focus more on the present can be a real investment in your future. The integrative approach allows me to hold space for you to explore and discover more about yourself and to bring clarity, comfort and confidence in expressing yourself more fully.
We can meet in person based from my therapy studio in Hanham or online or as a mixture and I encourage sessions to be as active as possible to include bringing movement in and where possible also some walk and talk sessions.
After your initial consultation the sessions run weekly with a reflective review offered every 16 sessions. This is designed to encourage and support your process and to regularly check in with therapy aims.
Every individual holds the capacity and strength to find the answers within themselves to heal. Therapy can help you with this journey. It begins with feeling safe, seen and acknowledged and by expressing your feelings.
