About me

Life can sometimes feel overwhelming, confusing, or simply not quite how you'd like it to be. You may be struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low mood, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you. Whatever brings you to therapy, I offer a supportive space where you can talk openly, make sense of what's happening, and explore new ways forward.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to you. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and patterns that shape your life, helping you develop greater understanding, resilience, and choice. My aim is not just to help you cope with difficulties, but to support meaningful and lasting change.

I work with individuals, couples, and families in NW5/N6 and online, and welcome people from all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities.

Training, qualifications & experience

I’m a UKCP‑accredited psychotherapist and DGSF‑certified systemic therapist offering therapy in English and German for adults, couples, adolescents, and children in NW5/N6 and online. I provide relational, trauma‑informed support for anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting difficulties, intergenerational patterns, trauma and work‑related stress. I help you explore your experiences, foster understanding, and develop practical ways to move forward.

My approach is systemic and collaborative, tailored to your unique needs. I create a supportive, safe space where you can feel heard and work towards lasting positive change. I welcome all backgrounds, beliefs and identities, and work respectfully with each person’s story.

The UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) is a leading professional body for the education, training and regulation of psychotherapists and psychotherapeutic counsellors. Its register is accredited by the government's Professional Standards Authority.

As part of its commitment to protect the public, it works to improve access to psychotherapy, to support and disseminate research, to improve standards and to respond effectively to complaints against its members.

UKCP standards cover the range of different psychotherapies. Registration is obtained by training or accrediting with one of its member organisations, or by holding a European Certificate in Psychotherapy. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.

Areas of counselling I deal with

Other areas of counselling I deal with

Alongside my therapeutic practice, I bring extensive experience in supporting parents and families. I was Co-Founder and Director of Rooted Parenting (CIC) from 2016–2025, a National Lottery-funded organisation providing accessible, community-based support to parents and carers. In this role, I designed and facilitated structured group programmes, workshops, and one-to-one support, integrating systemic and relational approaches to help parents navigate behavioural challenges, emotional regulation, and complex family dynamics. This experience continues to inform my work with clients around parenting, co-parenting, attachment, and intergenerational patterns.

Further information

In addition to my therapy practice, I am trained in Family Constellations work and am a certified Master Constellator with Constellators International.

Family Constellations is a systemic approach that explores how family dynamics, past experiences and unconscious loyalties can influence present-day relationships, behaviours and emotional patterns. This work can be particularly helpful where clients notice recurring difficulties, relational challenges, or a sense of feeling “stuck” despite insight.

I facilitate small group Personal Issue Constellations workshops in London, providing a structured and professionally held environment in which participants can explore these themes safely and respectfully.

I also offer individual Constellations sessions for clients who prefer to work one-to-one. These sessions can be integrated alongside ongoing therapy or accessed as a focused, short-term piece of work.

If you would like further information about this approach or upcoming workshops, please feel free to contact me.
