About me

I am an integrative counsellor working with children, young people and adults.

I have a wide range of experience and skills working alongside people in different settings.

I believe talking therapy should be available to all, life can be tricky and sometimes having a safe, confidential and non judgemental space is what is needed.

For me, everyone is a unique individual and I believe we are all our own expert, you can lead the way and I will be alongside you.

When working with children and young people I will use creative age appropriate techniques.

I can draw on a variety of counselling approaches, including person centred, psychodynamic and CBT, to help with any challenge you might be facing, including relationships, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, bereavement, addiction, attachment, difficulties at school, bullying.

I offer face to face, online and walk and talk sessions. You can therefore choose what would suit you best.

I know it can feel daunting, I would welcome an introductory call to see if I might be the right therapist for you 🌻
