About me
You may appear capable on the outside, but inside feel anxious, overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in painful relationship patterns that keep repeating. I offer psychodynamic psychotherapy in Worthing and online across the UK for adults who want to understand themselves more deeply and create lasting change.
I am a qualified psychodynamic therapist and a registered member of the BACP. I provide weekly therapy from a private, calm garden room in Worthing, as well as online sessions for clients across the UK.
My approach is warm, thoughtful and non-judgemental. I believe that our early experiences, important relationships and unconscious patterns can continue to shape how we feel in the present. Therapy can help you make sense of what is happening beneath the surface, understand yourself with more compassion, and find new ways of relating to yourself and others.
I often work with clients who are struggling with:
- anxiety and overthinking
- low self-esteem or feeling “not good enough”
- relationship difficulties and attachment patterns
- grief and loss
- life transitions and identity questions
- neurodivergent overwhelm and self-understanding
Some clients come to therapy feeling stuck, burnt out, emotionally flat, or unsure why the same difficulties keep showing up in their relationships or inner life. Others come with a specific loss, crisis or change that has left them feeling unsteady. Whatever brings you, therapy can offer a consistent space to reflect, feel and be met without pressure or judgement.
I have particular interest in relational work, self-worth, grief, and neurodivergent-affirming practice. I also value working with people in creative fields and the charity sector, where sensitivity, responsibility and emotional strain can often run high.

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
