About me
Counselling with Sally is a blend of self reflection and direction. As a Life Coach and counsellor you benefit from direction and a safe space to be exactly who you need to be without judgement. You will experience a dynamic approach with a beautiful balance of compassionate person centred counselling. Coined as Progression Therapy she ensures when you feel stuck, you are given direction and when you need to just reflect, you are given the space to explore the thoughts and feelings as they arise.
You are welcomed into a space that evokes calm and peacefulness with the feeling that you are in the right place at exactly the right time. Sally has such a warm and empathic nature that whatever you bring to the therapy room, you are in capable and safe hands.
She has over 20 years working with people and their struggles and has walked alongside clients experiencing marriage issues, drug & alcohol struggles, suicidal ideas, lost hope, loss, change of job, divorce, affairs, loss of family pets, redundancy, childhood struggles, toxic working environments, abortion, miscarriage, fertility issues and many more.
This is a diverse and competent counsellor. One that will address your issues with the respect they deserve. Whatever your struggle, however hopeless it may seem, do not give up hope as there is a solution to every thought and perspective on life, you just need to give yourself a chance to find it and Sally will be the light to the darkness in this difficult journey.
Sally runs Beachside Wellness Retreats in Yorkshire and her clients have reported a "transformational experience" and have said "I feel I have the direction I need to make some really positive changes".

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred).
Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision.
Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training.
All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
