About me
Hello, I’m Salina, and I’m really glad that you found me.
I believe deeply in living life with love and gratitude, and in learning to accept yourself fully rather than hiding parts of who you are to meet society’s expectations.
Therapy can be a place where you reconnect with yourself and begin to feel more grounded, more whole, and more at ease.
When life feels overwhelming, it’s easy to lose sight of what you want or who you are becoming. Loneliness, depression, anxiety and trauma can affect us at any stage of life, often surfacing when we least expect it. With the right support, you can find your footing again and move forward gently, one step at a time.
I am a trauma-informed therapist with specialist experience in trauma, bereavement and domestic abuse. My role is to support you in building a strong, steady foundation from which healing and personal growth can take place, at your own pace and in your own way.
I offer a compassionate, safe and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard and supported. Together, we explore your experiences, untangle thoughts and emotions, and gently reflect on your past, your present and the direction you’d like your life to take.
My approach is integrative and holistic. I draw on grounding techniques, breathwork, coaching, and humanistic and existential therapy. I am also a qualified Reiki Master and believe in the connection between mind, body and soul as part of creating balance and wellbeing.
I offer both remote and in-person sessions, including online and telephone therapy.
Together we can achieve balance, love and acceptance .

Member organisations
BACP is one of the UK’s leading professional bodies for counselling and psychotherapy with around 60,000 members. The Association has several different categories of membership, including Student Member, Individual Member, Registered Member MBACP, Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Accred) and Senior Registered Accredited Member MBACP (Snr Acccred). Registered and accredited members are listed on the BACP Register, which shows that they have demonstrated BACP’s recommended standards for training, proficiency and ethical practice. The BACP Register was the first register of psychological therapists to be accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA). Accredited and senior accredited membership are voluntary categories for members who choose to undertake a rigorous application and assessment process to demonstrate additional standards around practice, training and supervision. Individual members will have completed an appropriate counselling or psychotherapy course and started to practise, but they won’t appear on the BACP Register until they've demonstrated that they meet the standards for registration. Student members are still in the process of completing their training. All members are bound by the BACP Ethical Framework and a Professional Conduct Procedure.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.
