I’m a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist.
I’m a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist. Have you reached a turning point wanting to move forward, but find yourself unable to? Sometimes the first step, can be the hardest step! I aim to provide a safe, non-judgemental and compassionate space for Clients to explore their issues and challenges.
I have a special interest in working with individuals who have experienced trauma, or struggle with cultural heritage and identity. I also have an interest in Couples therapy. Applying an empathetic approach, my goal is to create an environment where we can explore issues together, and work towards greater clarity and emotional freedom.
If you are experiencing difficulties whether anxiety, bereavement, depression, trauma or other emotionally distressing issues; I provide a compassionate space to reflect and talk through these difficulties.
I am based at The Sage Therapy Centre, Wollaton, Nottingham and The Magnolia Therapy Centre, Sherwood Nottingham.
Training, qualifications & experience
- Professional Diploma in Psychotherapeutic Counselling Practice (Level 5)
- BSc Hon. in Reflective Therapeutic Practice (In Progress)

The National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society This Not For Profit association of counsellors and psychotherapists aim to support the counselling profession, members and training organisations. In 2013 the NCS register was accredited by the Professional Standards Authority under the Accredited Voluntary Register Scheme. Accredited by the Professional Standards Authority.
Accredited register membership
The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).

Additional information
Payments can be made at the beginning or end of each session, or 24 Hrs before a Session. Sessions work on a weekly basis, however there can be some flexibility to meet your needs.
I offer Concession Rates for Students.
